In order to be able to do this, you need to create a Generate Report action immediately followed by a Send Email action to send the PDF on a button on a copy of the original estimate screen.

thanks for your reply - yes, use Gmail for authentication only - my email for my account is correct (kevin@larrysbeans.com), yet the emails still come over with the Gmail address as the from address.So emails are not pulling correctly for us.

This is an upadate to my earlier post. We have just processed the entire FL list. I ran prefectly. However, now we want to start again and the list builder starts at step 2 with the empty grid from before. I have closed out of Method and re-started and it''s the same result. How do we get a new list builder?
