When you click on the address of a contact from Method New it doesn't find the address because the Company Name is in the string.
You always need to edit the search in Google maps. This is the result that I typically get when trying to use this feature.

By gmail, are you referring to the Gmail Gadget?

That is a hidden table and is not accessible.
As per this thread, you do have access to users 'EmailSignature' field on the Users table.

That should not be the case, as the EmailSignature is a field that sits on the Users table. You can export that table and lookup that field per user to see if it's null. That field is used on both platforms.
