Is your 'View Activity' screen stock or customized? I've tried among multiple test accounts and it still loads the correct Activity RecordID.  -- Mortaza

The field name length  displayed needs to be longer.  This is especially unhandy in accounts where we do not have method classic.

I noticed two problems with activities on the contact app ribbon. First of all the time does not display correctly. Seems to be about four hours off.   Secondly, when I click on these activities, it brings up the view activity window with a blank record ID

Hey Ted, Another route you can take is choose Wormer from the 'Insert contacts into List Builder' and after you have the Contacts with that Tag you can then filter the Grid by Date Range.
