Hey Karrena, That is very odd, another route to customize the page is to head over to: Customize > Screens The screen we are going to customize is CRM_CustomerList. Highlight the screen name, make a copy and when you highlight the copied screen you will now have an option to Edit. -- Mortaza

Hi Mortaza, Can you give any guidance on how to do this? I've looked at the button actions on both the screens and can't see anything that would help. In the email, I see a url for the http://urlforportal but nothing that I could modify to load the actual estimate. Thanks, Greg

I'm not sure about the trial version, but in my experience, making screens in Method 'mobile' isn't very productive. I put a lot of time making custom screens work on the web (to utilize decent resolutions that we use in the desktop world) and making these custom screens 'mobile' just doesn't provide a good experience ...
