Hi Willy,
In order to change which default tab link customers are sent to you must make a copy of the stock CRM_ListBuilder screen and customize it, then modify the specific actions in the Process button(s) which are related to the portal link. The link urlforportal is just a placeholder until the actions in the Process button(s) work their magic ...

Let me add on to my previous post, this will just add the customer email address to a field on your screen and will not actually update the email value in the customer table unless you add actions to do so.

Hi andy,
You can easily do this by utilizing the Retrieve value from table and Enter value into field on screen actions.

That is strange, but I'm glad to know it's working now. Let me know if that changes, Happy Holidays!

Hi Willy,
I sent you an email guiding you on how to accomplish what you're looking for. In order to start over just delete your custom List Builder screen which was copied from the stock CRM_ListBuilder screen.

Not sure what exactly is going on here, I wasn't able to replicate this on my account. I have three contacts, but only 1 is opted out of billing yet I'm able to login with the 2 other contacts. If you exported your entire Contacts table then I would suggest doing a duplicate search in Excel for the Email column.

Hi Autumn,
This is most likely caused by a duplicate email in your contacts list. There may be one or more contacts with the same emails, which is why this message would appear.

Where are you sending the email from? For example are you sending the email from the QuickBooks_Invoice screen?
Did you customize the screen where this email is being sent from?
Did you change any of the stock email templates or create your own and are using those?

Actually it was likely the copy and paste that caused it. You should always use the login form instead of copying the URL when logged in then pasting it later on as that URL contains specific information about the currently logged in session.
