Hi Martin,
Have you checked QuickBooks to see if there's something that needs your attention? Usually when I see that message its because the Method Integration Engine certificate hasn't been set or there's something that needs to be set before the connection continues. Check to see if there's something flashing ...

Alex,
This might be possible, but it could be quite complicated. I'll see if I can come up with something.

Hi Alex,
As you found, you can hide the Rate and Amount fields when the screen first loads. Unfortunately, I don't see a way to hide individual columns from certain users.

What actions do I use to delete multiple opportunities?

Hi Blake,
Have you considered using the Knowledge Base? You can set that up under Customization > Integration Tools. This is the same tool we use to create our Help Center. Additionally, there a number of improvements coming on this in the future.
Hope this helps.

Hi Blake,
The "Seek next in selection list" action will get the next value of the selection list after the specified value. For instance, if you had a selection list of the alphabet, you could use this action to grab the next value after 'C'. Which would obviously be 'D'. You can find a bit more ...

Hi Suzanne,
The opt-out of billing setting prevents billing emails from being sent to the contact. It won't prevent any invoice/estimate, etc.. from being created. And yes, when an alt contact is created, the opt-out option is checked already.

Hi Dottie,
Did the original screen include any custom fields in the table that may not be included on the new account? I haven't seen this behaviour before. Could you email me the account this is happening on and enable MethodSupport on that account?
Thanks,
Adam
