Hi Chad,
Perhaps my last post was misleading. The From field is still not populating with the default that I set on the Template.
For example in the template, the From field is set to "notifications@mydomain.com".
In an Activity when I select the template to send email, the From field is set to "user@mydomain.com",
not the ...

That was it! The customer made a payment and at some point we select a template for payments and it was that template. I have changed it to the payment confirmation email and we should be all set now. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction again. There are so many things I don't realize are out there happening ...

There are always going to be errors that show up in any provider's forum. That's just part of email. But again, this isn't happening in any of our Outlook clients or other applications ... so I'm not going to point my fingers at AT&T at this point.
If you don't know why this is happening, that's fine. But I ...

Kevin,
One last thing that I wanted to mention was that I noticed in your ISP's documentation that they require "SSL" for email SMTP connections. This isn't an option for our SMTP so if this is required, might explain why it isn't working for you. My suggestion is to do the Gmail route. Not to mention, ...

Nick,
Could you enable the MethodSupport user by going to Customize > Users and making sure the checkbox next to the MethodSupport user is checked. Then email me your Method account name and the user that is having the issue and I can take a look. Hopefully I can find what's going on.
Thanks,
Adam

Greetings from Las Vegas and BUMP on an old post which does not appear to have been answered.
Is there a way to insert a DYNAMIC grid of info into an email template?
For example, a list of open invoices on an email to a customer or a list of open bills on an email to a vendor?
Thank you!

Thanks Russell!
If I understand correctly, the action result used in the body field in the send email action needs to contain the dynamically generated rowset from the database in HTML format. But what action type would be used to "accumulate" each row from the loop, which is what ultimately becomes part of the HTML code?
