Hey Mike, It would be a 2 step proccess: - First using SQL retrieve the date of the Last/Next Activity - Second going into Advanced for the field add a Select Action that, Retrieves the RecordID then GoToScreen with that RecordID The latter would turn it into a hyperlink. -- Mortaza

Hey Greg, The workaround I was going to suggest won't work at this time. I'll keep you posted when this issue is resolved and we can verify it's working correctly. -- Mortaza

Hey Greg, Issue has not been fixed yet. There is a workaround, before I say let me confirm it works and won't cause further damage. I'll follow up with that information when I'm 100%. -- Mortaza

Hello method. We have been encountering a problem for about a week now. When we copy a screen, we get the error: Hoowever: I exit out and refresh all of method, and the screen is made. In the copied screen, no actions anywhere are copied over.  Thanks

Hey Greg, Try this: - Completly remove any copied screens of the  New / Edit screen - Remove the Redirection from the stock New/Edit screen. - Copy stock New / Edit screen - Click Customize on the copied screen See if you are still getting the same error. -- Mortaza

I noticed a post about the web-to-lead today. Have the issues been fixed?

Hi Mortaza, I am able to copy and customize the screen, however I get that error whenever I try to view the screen under normal usage. It will even give me the error when it is a fresh copy, without any customization done to the new copy.
