I would like the timer object to start when the screen loads. Is there a way to do that? It seems so simple, but I can't find a way. It would be great if other timer controls could be automated by outside actions as well.

Did you use the block of IPs or used the specific addresses? If you chose the latter it may be an issue, as the IPs are not static due to the way the Amazon environment is setup.

We have had a few cases with Users facing similar issues.
I would recommend you give the Support line a call and show them the problems over a screen share. Allowing them to further troubleshoot and/or create a ticket if needed.
