Unfortunately, there is no way to copy a table. You're only option is to create another table and add the fields in exactly as they are in the original. Which table were you looking to do this with? That's a good question. If a customer record is deleted from QuickBooks but still appears in Method after a sync then either it is a different record than the one that was deleted, or the unique identifier (ListID) no longer matches with the one stored in Method. Other than that I haven't seen records not sync to Method from QB. However ...

I'm still looking into this, when I tried adding a few custom fields it didn't work properly. Data was syncing for some custom fields and not for others. I need to look into this some more and will update you as soon as I get more information.

Yes, you can sync contact between Outlook and Method. Kindly review webinar 26 to ensure you are following the right steps. Please let me know if you're still unable to sync them. I will pursue these ideas as work-arounds, but how do I get a clean import? As I said, If I had a Company in Quickbooks with 25 Opportunites the import created 25 Customer Records, one unique Customer Name for each Opportunity.
