It's a possibility that this may have been caused by a weird caching error and rebooting your iPad cleared it.

What kind of errors are you seeing? Are there any entries in the Windows Event Viewer logs which are related to the Method Integration Engine?

Hi mjlittle,
If there is case dialog entered which is not set as Internal then it would be viewable by the recipient. Unfortunately you wouldn't be able to remove it from the Existing Case Dialog. You can remove the text from the activity then save it or just delete the activity, but the case dialog will not be affected by that.

Our system is using the MethodAPI with a custom screen but no tokenization. This is not something we'll be providing to other companies since we have plans to work with authentication tokens, which will probably be happening sometime next year.
