Hey Alex,
This can't be done, there are no settings to choose which specific date to start the sync from. Can a workaround be creating a copy of the QB company file with data after that date and syncing with that QB file?

Hey Alex,
As it's a Browser level issue, it will be very tough to find a fix using the platform. You can try to move the section around on the Screen Designer to see if the issue is still happening, it will be more of a trial & error.
I will also try some steps on my end and see if I can find a fix.

Hey,
The screenshots are not loading up, do you mind reposting with the screenshots?
I use imgur.com to host the image and then copy the Direct URL it gives after the upload is complete.
Then click on and insert using the URL.

Hey Jonathan,
From what it looks like (correct me if I'm wrong)
You have both a Customer and Customer Lead '@PT ASTRA OTOPARTS TBK'
if I go into the Customer 'Yoofi' I see the activity listed:
Is this the issue, the activity was saved on the Lead rather than the Customer?
Another way to easier find which Customer ...

Hey Callum,
That is an issue I was able to replicate. It looks like the report is still generated for the person it was assigned to and is only reverting to the Admin user(your account) once you edit an existing scheduled report.
A possible workaround can we play with the Filters on the QuickBooks Reports screens Grid? Filter the screen or ...

Hey Conner,
This can be done, there are different routes you can take - here is one route I took:
We can customize the Items screen (QuickBooks Tab Group > Lists > Items)
Customize the ItemInventory screen > Add a new section to create a new Tab within the screen.
Now add a Grid there and table you will be working with ...
