Hi hlynch, Could you kindly confirm if those SalesRep profiles have email addresses linked to them? Also, would you mind sharing the body of the request that you are passing? Since you mentioned using this for a few years, have there been any recent changes or updates to the request?

Does anyone know if an employees billable rate from Quickbooks is stored in any of the Method tables and accesible via the API? I am trying to GET time tracking records, which I can do, but would like to be able to access each employees billable rate in order to calculate out the the cost for each entry.

Inder, Thank you for the quick reply.  As I was running a test scenario to gather the information for my reply, I stumbled on the cause.  I was loading a base64 encoded string.  I decoded the contents ,and was able to load and download the file. Thank you for your help. Ned

Hi Ned, We don't do any compressions while uploading the file via API. Can you confirm if you are using the steps listed here in the API documentation? -Inder

I'm using the /api/v1/files API to load a 44kb PDF attachment.  There are no errors.  However, only 9k is loaded.  Is there a limit to the file size?  If not, how can I load the full file? Thank you, Ned

I am able to create a customer record in METHOD via the API, but how do we trigger a payment process?
