 Hey Kieran, I'm glad to see your starting to get into customization. Once you have the correct screen open in the customize section, place and name your button then check out the action 'Send Email'. This should get you in the right direction.

I have this same comment...  Would be great to default to the email's date & time rather than current time.  Also, if in the Sent folder, default the activity type to Email Outgoing instead of Email Incomming.

mlepitt- I don't think that email gets sent out from our standard portal. That email could have been sent out if someone created an activity and choose to 'Send Email' and selected the Overdue balance reminder template. -Michael

Hi pgarofano, You can find the BillEmail field in the Estimate table and it does sync with QBO.
