To confirm, for step 2 were you exporting the Contacts table?
When you export that Table you will see multiple entries with the same CompanyName.

i am trying to export all contacts, but everytime i use Customize, Export, i only get the main contact. I need all contacts for each company. I tried to select contacts in step 3, but that doesnt give me the additional company contacts. Help.

To automate the update look into the Refresh Counts object on the Dashboard - you will need to create an Action Set similar.

Hey Aaron,
As per our last thread - why not add it as a second attachment to the Send Email action? Give that a try and see if it will work in your case. If not we can further troubleshoot.

On the feature request ticket, I think the feature being requested is not to transfer the location from a Google Calendar event to a custom Method activity field, but rather to make location one of the default/stock fields for a meeting activity. You definitely can, in the Send Email action you can click the plus sign beside the Attachment Location field to add more attachments.
