pdirect - I'm using IE9 to respond to this, with compatibility mode turned off on my browser. So if this works, it will show that the forum is IE9 compatible, at least in my case. Everywhere else in Method we constantly doing time zone conversions - but there's actually no time zone conversion on that field.
What happens is that it syncs a changes-only sync every 20 minutes (by default). The next sync after your scheduled time is when your full sync will kick in.

I tried it out in QB, and was able to duplicate the problem. As suspected, QB is very confused by the address.
