As discussed via email, the web form on your website is not working but that code itself works, I tested the code that you emailed me that is straight from Method and it worked as it should.
We only support the code that is directly generated from Method
outside of that there are too many variables that we cannot support.

Try these steps:
Open Internet Explorer
Click Tools > Internet Options
Click Security tab.
Click Trusted Sites
Click Sites
Enter https://methodintegration.com in the Add this website to the zone field.
Click Add
Click Close
Click OK
Try again.

That value is brought straight from QuickBooks, and there is no way to change that, however you potentially add another column to your items grid and using an SQL override get the qty used on Work Orders that have not been invoiced for that item. This might be really tricky to set up but it should work.
