    Kitty, Possibly.  That screen is under Customize > My Account, so it would depend on whether you have access to that tab link.  If you don't, you'll have to get access to it from your administrator.  The Default Email Preferences can be set for each user's email address. - Adam

    Isdrury, Yes, when your compose window in Outlook opens up, you will see a new option in your Outlook tool bar to send an activity to Method. This button, called Send, will send your email and allow you to edit the details of your new Method activity, all from Outlook. Hope this helps! Jason
