I had the same issue this morning as well. All I did was shut down/close the sync engine service app and re-launch it using the admin method email login (until this morning I'd been using the method user.name) and it looks like it connects and works fine. Hope that helps...

Hello,
Is there any way to attach more than one file to an email using the uploader incorporated into the document object? Uploading a second file replaces the first one uploaded. This would be helpful if you needed to email a PDF price sheet as well as a product information brochure to a customer/lead.

Hello,
The Portal login page cannot be customized, you'll only be able to use it as is.
I'm not sure of your website structure but you can try adding another link beside 'Existing Customer Portal' for example, 'Contact Us' and redirect that to the webform.
