That information sits on a Table called 'outingConflicts' and the field you will be working with is 'BlnResolved.'
Setup an Action that Retrieves Value from Table where BlnResolved = FALSE.
Make sure for 'If multiple results:' you Retrieve Count.

Dropdowns are sorted alphanumerically and unfortunately, you cannot specify otherwise.
Depending on how you setup the filter you can try using the Build selection list option.

I have run into this a few times now. I am trying to delete a custom screen and I am getting an error that says I can't because it is referenced in an action on one of the stock screens. Obviously the only way this is possible is if I replaced the links when copying the stock screen in the first place (which I didn't do). However, I tried ...
