How do I fix a sync issue with quickbooks? It now appears that after fixing the issue of the sync process deleting my notes in quickbooks, method will no longer sync the notes from quickbooks at all??? i have even tried manually entered the same info into the notes in method and they won’t even save much less sync!

Location tracking is not available through the API, which means that Method or any other third party application can't access this information from Quickbooks Online. What happens is the sync engine window appears but it will not let me do anything. The only way of stopping it is to do a ctrl-alt-delete and shut it down that way. from there i have to do a ctrl-alt-delete on quickbooks to shut it down as well.

Is your account syncing isth QB file? Can you check the date and time stamp for Full Sync and Changes only Sync under Quickbooks > Synchronize.
If it is not showing the current date and time, make sure your Qb file and Method engine is up and running and then run a full sync.
