We're still on course, but I think we're a few days later than we'd have liked. The plan is that we're getting the "release candiate" internally on Monday next week. My guess is that we'll like be beating it up further for a week and a half before it would go out to you. My best educated guess would ...

Last week we released the new portals. That's a big release. A couple weeks before that it was the MIurl.cc release. Another big release. But while these were being rolled out over the last few weeks, we still had several platform updates that went out more quietly. Sometimes it's the little things that make all ...

My advice is to take the original web form code that was provided by Method and make sure that works on your site. It should work just fine.
What I don't want this thread or forum to become is a place to troubleshoot web site's source code. I see the purposes of this forum as a place to (1) troubleshoot the ...

Tracy,
I've seen this kind of thing before, especially with international addresses. It's actually a problem with QuickBooks / QuickBooks SDK at the root of the problem. Method just gets caught in the middle, unfortunately.
Here's what happens.....you enter an address correctly in Method or in QuickBooks ...

Have a look at how we did the Check printout from the Check screen. It's all done using scripts in the report designer (obviously advanced).
It spells out the numbers there.
We've even had a user in central america alter that script to print checks in spanish :) !!

You're good to go.
It wasn't the problem I thought it was. It was simply that when you created the dropdown you selected "RecordID" as the display field instead of "FullName". This was in the original Tables/Fields setup, long before you got to designing your Bids screen. So in the ...

Geekoid - I think I've seen this before. FullName should have unique values. Any chance there are duplicate values in the Fullname field?
You might have two customers or vendors with the same name, or two blank entries.
If you want me to check into it, PM me your Company Account and have your MethodSupport turned ...

Scratch that "Which table do you add the field to, the Customer table or the Invoice table?" - I see from the subject that it was the InvoiceLine table!
TIP 1: Make a copy of the original invoice(Product) template and modify that. Don't modify the original.......reason being....even the most experienced report ...

When you create a dropdown field all the values that appear in the list are actually in a different table. When you are in the invoice screen, for example, the Customer dropdown shows you all the customers from the Customer table.
So in your case you created a new dropdown field, I'm guessing, in the Customer table, called say ...

Customer Portal - one user name and password per QuickBooks customer. It is also pretty darn ugly, and built using the original design features available on the initial release of Method a couple years ago.
Contacts Portal - one user name and password per contact (since a QuickBooks customer can have many ...
