This is becoming to be a problem, we are having to do a full sync weekly to make customers reappear in method, could this be caused by multi user quickbooks users and all users having sync engine running?

For some reason, the Sync Engine does full syncs all the time, one after the other.
Can anybody help with this? Its a nightmare. We have 30,000 items in QB and a full sync takes an hour.

To answer your first question, the Outlok plugin does pull the activity type "work order" (if you go to Outlook Add-in Settings, and go to the Appointments tab, you will see all the activity types in the "Synchronizethe following activity types:" drop down).
