Hey Conner,
If I understood correctly, you want emails that get sent from Method to show up in the Outlook inbox. There is a workaround to get that to work; you can take a look at this thread HERE.

Hey Callum,
That is very odd, another route to customize the page is to head over to: Customize > Screens - and the screen we are going to customize is CRM_EditCustomer. Highlight the screen name, make a copy and when you highlight the copied screen you will now have an option to Edit.

Hi there,
We are currently doing a trial of both QBO and Method and like the simplicity of both systems. That said, I'm curious to know which import process would be better:
Import our customers into QB to be synced with Method

Adding to this; I have tried overriding the email server settings for his individual account, but afterwards I still receive the "Email Settings Test Successful!" email (Which for some reason is from the sales guy's email address sent to me)

As the admin I have set the default email server settings and have successfully tested sending emails from my account. Audisho...while it is possible we've never saved those before it is highly unlikely. We have a ton of additional fields added to the customer screens so every customer we have is touched in Method at one time or another. Due to the additional tabs on the customer screen whenever we make changes to that data we run into this problem ...

If you are using version 44 of Chrome as your web browser, you may be experiencing slowness with Method.
