Hi Mortaza, So there is no way turning back Customer to Leads except delete them and re-import? Is it available if I create fields that shows EntityType (Customer/Customer Leads) then change them to Customer Leads? So when the full sync occurs, the leads is not shown in QB. Please advise.

So we have a very interesting situation: We created a new Purchase Order in Method:CRM. That syncs to Quickbooks nicely. But then Quickbooks syncs it back to Method - as a new Purchase Order.
