This is my first forum question and I'm REALLLLY hoping someone can help me ASAP!!! I am the account manager of Method in my office and I need to know how to lock the description and price of items.  I do not want certain sales reps to be able to change the price and description of items when they are entering orders.  Help, ...

Hi Aaron, There is no way after the screen has been created. You can add Linked Fields to that table if you needed a field on the screen that is not there for you to choose. - Mortaza

Hey Aaron, The reason for the first 2 fields you are unable to choose the other fields is because you can only choose Unique fields in the dropdown (i.e. RecordID).  But when you choose the field on screen you will be able to choose the fields, LeadTimeUOM & Name from the Wizard. Hi Jonathan, The only reason that should happen is if the Activity is being created from the NewActivity screen and the Contact field is empty.
