This can be done using scripts. It can a bit daunting if you haven't used scripts before and it can try your patience making sure everything is setup correctly, but it can be done.
The idea is that on form load you declare global variables for the different categories. Then in the detail, on the category field or the number field (that you ...

				        Hey,
The LastInvoiceDate field you created - is it a DateTime field?
Head over to Customize > Tables/Fields > Look for the field you created and make sure the Field Type is DateTime.

				        Hey Jonathan,
That will not work. Both Leads and Customers sit on the same table 'Customers' the only difference between them is a boolean field called 'IsLeadStatusOnly' - if this field is set to True, it does not sync the record over to QB and allows it to sit in the Leads tab. But as soon as this field is set to False it ...

				        Hey,
Is this PO being created on a customized PO screen or the stock Method screen? If it is on a customized screen, please try creating a PO in the stock PO screen and see if the sync is still looping.
If you follow these steps and still are running into the same sync issues, please give us a call on the Method support line at ...

I've done something similar for an estimate. We only wanted certian categories of items on some printouts. I modified the EstimateLineDetail section (click the EstimateLineDetail bar and then click the arrow box) and was able to create a filter string ([Item] Like 'Electrical%'). This would then filter out any lines where the item ...

				        Hi Mortaza,
So there is no way turning back Customer to Leads except delete them and re-import?
Is it available if I create fields that shows EntityType (Customer/Customer Leads) then change them to Customer Leads? So when the full sync occurs, the leads is not shown in QB.
Please advise.

Thanks for the tip on using the import/export tool. I am able to export without any trouble, but when I try to import I am getting the following error.
