    s.white- This issue is coming up because an action is point to a field that no longer exisits on the screen. For testing purposes I just deleted everything that was on the OnScreenLoad actions under the Advanced setting for a screen. -Michael

There is a plan to develop this functionality in the future, but I cannot provide an ETA for when this will be complete.     The QuickBooks Online integration issue has been resolved by Intuit. As this has been a recurring concern we'll continue to monitor the QBO integration closely and apologize if it has created any inconveniences for you today.

    Andy, There is nothing you can really do to optimize the sync engine.  You can go into Method and change the types of tranactions and the frequency of them when they sync to the Quickbooks.  By eliminating transactions that you don't use or reducing the frequency, you can reduce the amount of time the engine takes to sync. ...

    Paul - That means if I hide if from the layout now and only use QB Online to save the data for that field, when they allow syncing of that field, it'll come over to Method and I can open it up on the layout at that time? Emily

    Just upgraded to the latest sync engine and it won't connect. All we got is "awaiting securte https connection". Any idea how we can resolve this issue? Thanks.

    Hi Garrett, Sorry for the late reply but I have an answer for this.  It appears the fields don't sync. I was able to get my hands on a contractor's edition and those two fields for sure don't come over.  I've gone through the SDK documentation and there's no mention of those two fields.     -- 10:39AM EST Update: Received news that the Sync Engine should now be back up and running. Please verify by completly closing down the engine (that includes confirming there are no running proccesses of the runtime in your Task Manager) and reopening. Please follow up with the outcome.     Shelly, Usually if this message comes up on the screen it will happen when it first loads.  You mentioned this happens when you select a customer.  Does that mean a pop-up window appears when you click the select link?  If so, make sure that you also re-publish the pop-up window that is being called when you click the select link. ...

    Richard - By syncing I mean that I expect that the iPad app would keep a local copy of your customers, work orders, items, employees, etc. and store them on the iPad. That way you could work away while offline and then sync when you get back online again.  This adds tremendously more work for your developer because they have to ...
