Is there any way to completely clean the activity table then import the cleaned up list?
There is no clean table feature - your best bet is to build a custom screen to loop through a grid based on the table you want to clean. The tutorial I linked above should give you a good overview of how to ...

Alex,
There's no official limit. The more records you're importing, the greater chance there will be an issue. If you have 1000000 records, I'd say start with 50000.

It should work now! I imported the sample data that you posted on the forums. What I did was regenerate the table by editing it and clicking Finished Editing fields.

Hi JoAnne,
Just checking in if you still needed help with this? If you just wanted to export a list of shipping addresses, you can use the import/export tool. Go into your customize tab and hit "integration tools", then "import/export tool". You can export the customer or contacts table and include the shipping address field.

Shane,
What table are you trying to import into? In my Method account I went to Customize>>>Tables / Fields and looked into the Customer table - the table you should be importing into. EntityType is not listed as a required field the user has to specify because it is automatically taken care of for you.

I tried skipping a few but I get this for A LOT of them. What should/can I do?

Hi Gregory,
I tested importing a CSV file with dates on my end using the format I suggested and it worked. If possible can you email me a sample CSV file of what you are trying to import, so I can test it on our end. You can send it to m.melo@methodintegration.com.

As per above, can you let me know which Company Accounts you want us to import the screens into? For each one, we'll need you to enable the MethodSupport user. Don't let post the names in this forum, just email the Company Account names to method@methodintegration.com .
Thanks,
Paul
