Hey Matt,
Just letting you know that we deployed an update that prevents users from using reserve words as action result names. You shouldn't run into this issue again.

My client is having issues with the method outlook plugin.
When trying to add SOME emails to method using the plug-in they get the error '<', hexadecimal value 0x3C, is an invalid attribute character. Line , position 70.
This does not happen to every email only some emails, with certain contacts in method.

Instead of removing the fields from the Grid, go to Advanced options on Step 2 of 9 for those fields and check
Hidden when screen first loads?
That should hide the fields on screen.
Try that and let me know if that works for you.
