Mortaza, Awesome - this is very helpful.  The only request left is to make the changes to the version of the Edit Case screen that we're currently using - that's CMR_EditCase_CSv2.  If you could make the changes to that one we should be all set. Thank you again for all your help, Mike

On the EditCase screen: - Activity Start Time is equal to DueDateStart. - Follow-up Due On is equal to DueDateStart+7days. Hey Fran, That's a great idea. OP - if you wanted to take in multiple records in one go you can definitely look into a loop through grid action. Here is a LINK from our help center that goes into the subject in more detail. - Mortaza

Add a button to a screen. Add a loop through a table. Within the loop, add an insert value into table action and add some values from the loop.
