Firstly, is there a way to assign a scheduled report to multiple users? I want two different accounts to have access to the same report, but I can only see an option to assign one user. Obviously I can set up two instances of the report and assign each to the user, ...

Hi Mortaza,
At the second image it is shown that the contact info is the same with the first and the activity is made via log-a-call button in Customer View. So the contact is automatically selected. (FYI, I disable NewActivity outside log-a-call).
Please advise.

Unfortunately, there is no way to automate the sending out of the notificiation. These must be sent out by a Method user when they click an event (a button for example). Hi Aaron,
There is no way after the screen has been created. You can add Linked Fields to that table if you needed a field on the screen that is not there for you to choose.
