Hello,
Just wanted to update the thread and inform you guys I have put in a feature request for our product team to take a look at the Opportunities App Ribbon: Sales Order vs Invoices.

Add a button to a screen.
Add a loop through a table.
Within the loop, add an insert value into table action and add some values from the loop.
It will work fine when you first add it, but if you save and close out of the actions and go back to edit the values that are inserted you can no longer see the values from the loop that were selected ...

Mortaza,
Thanks very much for the clarification on this. The link you sent definitely shows what we need. Did you make the change to CRM_EditCase? We're currently using CRM_EditCase_CSv2. Here is what I'm currently seeing on that form.

Mortaza,
Can't you add Checkboxes to your grid? Client can check what's appropiate and then you need to set up Loop through Grid actions to process checked boxes...

I agree with you Mahlon...I never agreed with MC presentation either. Why would you have Invoices on an Opportunity. Opportunities are where you are atttempting to GET the sale. It should be "closed" if you have an Invoice - cause then Contact is a Customer.

Mortaza,
Sorry it took me so long to follow up on this. So is this a change that you've already made to the condition block? If so I can check it to see if the start date comes across with the rest of the existing activity information.
Thanks for your help - really appreciate it.

All users have their own email credentials entered so emails they send appear to come from them. On our server, I have already given all users permission to send from the crm email account, yet this has not resolved the issue. ...

Hey Chris,
I'm not sure how it's setup on your account but:
Why don't you set the Default Email Server to crm@domain.com and set your User account to your own email (Server User?).
Then give permissions for emails to sent out from crm@domain.com for all your Users.
Can this be a possibility?
