Your speed test shows that you have more than enough bandwidth to run Method. We usually recommend running Method in Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. The performance of both can be degraded by plugins / extensions or having too many tabs open.

This has been continuing off and on. This morning it is taking sometime 45 seconds or more just to open an activity. I'm sure Monday morning is a busy time for the server, but is this long of a wait to be expected?? It is an unreasonable amount of time to waste waiting.

Is it just happening for the one User? Did it also just begin or was that User always having that error?
