Update:
I tried to switch back to our SSL (TLS) server but received an error again.
I did schedule a reminder using the non-SSL settings and did receive the email reminder without issue. However, another one of my staff setup a reminder but still received the error message stating the message could not be sent.

Hello,
Once you export the first batch, look for the lowest RecordID. Now do another export with a Advanced Filter Options checked. This time you will do an export with the filter set to RecordID < the lowest RecordID from first export.
- Filter with script: RecordID < ‘lowest RecordID’
Now look at the new Export and ...

Hey Bruce,
You can change the default Calendar times, but you can't change it by 30 minute increments, so in your case you can choose 6:00AM - X:XXPM.
You need to Edit the Calendar object properties and on step 1 of 8 you will see:

Please try it again on a different browser. I have seen that error before it usually occurs in Internet Explorer. Try FireFox, Chrome or if you're on OSX use Safari.

In the Scheduling and Invoicing Calendar, the day starts at 8:00 am and ends at 5:00 pm. However, our workday starts at 6:30 am and can end well into the evening. How do I change thie time range shown?
