Hi there Brian, Sorry to hear you are having troubles! When the sync engine logs out - are you seeing any errors display in Windows? Is QuickBooks shutting down at all? You may just need to reinstall the sync engine to get this working again - You can find the complete Uninstall Steps in This Help Centre Article Thanks Brian -Ben

 Hey LorPete, To finish what you did, do the follow; 1. Open the file in QB 2. Open the Method Sync Engine, click connect Once this sync is finished, Method should populate the QuickBooks tab with the correct company name. If you are still having problems, please contact your Business Consultant and get this corrected.

Which table is it that you're working with? If it's Leads that you're dealing with, all the data is Method-only and doesn't sync with QuickBooks.
