Hello Ed,
The dropdown you are refering to is based on UsersManager field on the ExpReportUserDetails table. The table itself is a relation table because it holds no unique fields; All the fields are from other tables. The UsersManager field is from the Users table. This is why you are not seeing Vvendors in ...

Hello James,
You may have to call us on the Method support line. 1-888-925-6238 x2. We are able to clear out the failed logins for you if you do get stuck in timeout. It is cumulative, so if you keep on trying to log in, it will add 10 minutes to the time you are signed out for each unsuccessful ...

I did as suggested and ran into new Report Design (RD) issue. I rebuilt my Statement of Account (SOA) report using Entity as the primary (parent) table with a related Transaction table (sub detail table, Transaction.EntityRef). Try regenerating the tables. Go to Customize -> Tables/Fields and select the Customer table. Click Finished Editing Fields to perform the regeneration. You can try the same thing on the Contacts table and Entity table. I found the tip on another post on the issue here.

So the Lead Source Name field doesn't actually exist in your Customer table. You'll first need to create the text field in your Customer table in order for ...

I do not have any tables that I can export that are named "Entity". Here's a shot of my options.
I could go through all customers manually? But that would take a lot of time. Is this a bug or something? Why would duplicates cause tables not to be allowed?
Hmm. My screen shot isn't showing up but the list contains account, ...

Hey Dottie,
Yes custom screens can be imported from another Method account and the tables that are associated with those custom screens get automatically imported as well, however, the data held within those tables does not get copied over unless you edit the table and enable Copying between other Method accounts. Click on Customize > ...

@mrjonboy,
Well the thing is I do not see a field called "OpportunityRef" in my Opportunity table or in my web form.
The Opportunity drop down doesn't necessarily have to be on the opportunity table, it could be a field on another table used by the web-to-lead forum. I would suggest the ...
