I created a few Custom Fields in Quickbooks for Contract Amount but they were originally created as text. When I added the field to the contacts table in Method, it was retrived as Entity text.
I just changed the Custom Field in Quickbooks to Numbers with decimal but the field in the contacts table in Method did not also convert into numbers or ...

Hey,
I would start by looking at the condition block for "If Email payment notification template is checked ..."
But if this error started happening after you added the new condition statement block it maybe due to where you listed the condition statements.
Listed you should see an existing Condition Statement block: ...

I do have a question. When I get to step 15 I am not sure how to set up the delete rules. I have two variables, activity status and date range. How do I set up the delete from table rules?

Yes, after pressing the payment process button, the error appears. the card charge still goes through, but the error prevents the approval message and redirect to the home page actions from processing. and I don't receive the payment email notification.
I checked the email preferences and it appears that the email is correct.

Are you getting that error after clicking on the Process Payment button?
The email address that is being used to send notifications is listed under Customize > My Account > Default Email Preferences.

Hey Afrodite,
You can retrieve that information but it would require a SQL Override.
First start off by creating a new field to your Contacts table and set it as a Money field.
Second add that field to your Contacts grid.
Now Go into the Advanced properties for the field and add the following SQL Code:
