I noticed that once my sales people save a estimate or sales order it shows Cost, %, Markup, Markup %. If I go into the customization of the screen and remove these columns, will it just not show them or will it affect my items/data?

Hi, If your Customers access the Portal link from your website you can update the link you have currently to the one that is given to by navigating to: Customize -> Portals -> Get sign-in page web address... I have made a slightly customised version of the Customer Portal sheets, tailored to our company, but I cannot see how to point the portal to this version instead of the default one. (If this is possible of course!)

Hey, To confirm which screen are you referring to? Is it within the Donations App? If you are referring to the Contact List screen you can skip Step 1 and continue making a copy of the Contact List screen and add the LastName sort to the Grid. - Mortaza 

OK, I  went through all of the steps you described. Thanks. However, I'm not sure why we never got back to a LastName Customer sort. Should I be going through the previous process you outlined for the customer list again now that I've completed these adaptation to the Donations list?

Thanks Mortaza. I wanted to add that the reason for needing the Find Character action is to be able to parse the response when using the Call Web Service action. Without the ability to parse the response, the usefulness of calling a web service is greatly reduced.
