This has been continuing off and on. This morning it is taking sometime 45 seconds or more just to open an activity. I'm sure Monday morning is a busy time for the server, but is this long of a wait to be expected?? It is an unreasonable amount of time to waste waiting.

What's the proper format to get the USD symbol in report templates? I tried "{0:USD 0.00}" but this doesn't have the comma as in USD 1,000.00.
