Hey Sarah, Since our sync is bi-directional you can take either route that works better for you. Using Method you can add extra fields you needed in a Table and import to those new fields. Method has a lot more fields that QBO does not have out of the box.  If you did import via QBO you can always update and re-import using ...

Adding to this; I have tried overriding the email server settings for his individual account, but afterwards I still receive the "Email Settings Test Successful!" email (Which for some reason is from the sales guy's email address sent to me)
