I'm not trying to add it to a table, but that's they only place I know how to add a dropdown item. My goal is to add a dropdown to a screen. The screen I am try to add it to is the "New Lead" Screen under the lead's tab.

Depending on the number of items you have, you may want to consider using a per item price level instead. This allows you to set a specific price for each item in your items list and will allow you to apply this price in both Method and QuickBooks.

It appears there is a setting on your server that is blocking the download and installation of the plugin. If you have access, try adding https://www.methodintegration.com to your Trusted Sites in your Internet Options.
