Hello,
I am trying to install the Outlook Plugin for Outlook 2013. I am using Windows Server 2008 R2 and when I go to install I have the companies administrator user and password to allow access. Is there additional sercuity I need to change or allow permissions for to finish installation?

Alright I will keep that in mind for any future posts with attached photos.
The only reason was to adjust some of the visual aspects of forms to make it uniform, such as padding around the input text so that the text doesn't stick too close to the text box border. Not a necessity, but I was just curious.

Yes, that’s correct that you want to have it installed on a computer where you can leave QB running. It’s just as important that the QB user has the correct access to the company file however, or sync conflicts will be created. This is why we recommend syncing with the QB admin user.

So I would imagine the best practice would be to have MIE running on the machine of someone who has quickbooks open all day? This way any changes that are done in Method by my sales people will immediately go into quickbooks?

Correct, if a user does not use QB, then they should not install the MIE. The MIE and QB must be running for the sync to occur.
