Hi there,
Yes, this has come up once before. I’m assuming it is because you have never had any Purchase Orders to sync with from you QB file. Although I have personally never seen this message (my QB files have always had at least one PO) you can get around it by entering a dummy PO and then delete it. Let us know if any of those options ...

Hi Tracy,
I would address the entity conflicts anyway because they could be part of the reason for this issue even though the conflicts aren't directly related to the customers that are missing, after addressing the entity conflicts perform a Full Sync.
If you want to determine if the customer is actually coming over to Method and maybe just ...

Lee,
I exported my Customer table and took a look at the TimeModifiedAccounting field and then rebuilt by QuickBooks file and performed a full Sync and then exported the Customer Table again. The TimeModifiedAccounting field did not change but in my case my file wasn't corrupt so I can't say for certain if the same will apply to you. ...

Hi,
We’ve labelled ‘Cost’ and ‘Markup’ as they appear in the same area of QuickBooks. The only difference is in QuickBooks you can enter values such as “50%” in the cost column and “100%” in the Markup column. Where as in Method you have to indicate if the value for cost is a % and if the ...

Dave,
I had the same issue happen with a client of mine last week. They downloaded time from my Pendulum product and then the time was one day in the past. Only time dated between October 23 and November 4 was affected. All time downloaded into QB prior to October 23 and after November 4 was unaffected.
Also, to sync with QB in Pendulum ...

Hello Ian,
Based on the error message it appears as though the SDK cannot find a required element in QuickBooks. When you ran the Verify and Rebuild in QuickBooks was it successful?
Have you tried uninstalling Method (to properly remove method: http://www.methodintegration.com/cs/forums/p/90/223.aspx#223) completely and ...

Hey Andrea,
Glad to see you are playing around with customization. If a user makes a change in QB, we cannot make an action run in Method just by the sync. You would need to go back into Method and click a button to start the action sequence.
A thought that I had was;
(all of this is done on the customer list screen)
1. Create a ...
Also, what are advantages of having an opportunity? I am thinking it is an extra step we don’t need right now.
While this might not be something that your team needs right now, many companies that have used to other CRM software in the past will demand and expect this from their CRM. The ...

Hello,
If "Lead Status Only" is checked when you enter a new Lead that means that Customer (Lead) entry wouldn't go over to QuickBooks unless a transaction is performed (sent to QuickBooks) or the checkbox is manually unchecked.
Any transaction be it Estimate, Invoice, etc performed in Method will go over to QuickBooks in ...
