Sounds like your Leads grid's Go To... link is referencing a tablink called "Edit Lead". Just make sure under Customize > Tabs that you have a tablink called Edit Lead and it should go to whichever screen is attached to that tablink.

You should be able to do this using a grid and the Export Grid to Excel action. You'll want to create a custom screen containing a grid with the information you want in it, then use the action to export that grid to Excel.

It looks like it only accepts URLs of regular LinkedIn profile pages. The /pub/ URLs are public pages. You should be able to get regular URLs if you have added the contact to your LinkedIn network.

It sounds like you could use the Import/Export Tool to do this. You can find it under Customize > Integration Tools in Method. You'll likely want to export your Customer table to a CSV file, which is easily sortable in Excel.
