Not sure why it doesn't have a type, it should be either a Lead/Customer or Vendor. What happens if you select the result with an empty type field? Do you see the customers information? If so add the contact to that record then refresh your Method web page and see if the new contact is associated with the correct Customer.

Hi Innovative,
When inserting a picture, you need to use an html tag which points to the server where the picture is stored/saved, see my example below. The reason for this is because we don't store images inserted into html editors on our servers, take a look at this related post.

Something else I tried. Getting the numeric value...finding the "." with the character function...offsetting by 3 additional places and getting the left part via the character function again. Give the Method Support line a call at 1-888-925-6238 x2. We can lhelp diagnose the problem. I can also point you to our Help Center article on setting up an email provider. I am aware of no changes to the email setting that would cause issues with Gmail.

Hi Matt,
I would contact your email provider and have them provide you with the smtp server you need. You will also need them to enable Open Relay on the email server. You can find more information on this on our Help Center: Why are emails from Method not being sent?

If you are using custom email reminders, there may be something in the wording that is getting flagged. That, or their spam filters are set high.
