Hello Inder, The fields I added were not dropdown fields.  Yes, I added them to the screen and yes, I imported them with the correct field names.  I had already watched all 3 tutorial videos before perforning the import and followed those instructions.  So, I don't know what went wrong. Thanks for your help!

Do you have any recommended import utilities for QB Online for tables that Method does not sync between the two?  You have import capabilities, but if I wanted to import additional transactions, have you had any feedback from other customers as to what they used and found to be the best?

And the reason I am asking is that I see on some pages a Title field but it does not appear to be accessible during import.

Tom- Try renaming removing the spaces from the headers. For example change Company Name to CompanyName, First Name to FirstName etc. Let me know if that addresses the issue. -Michael

The sync with Quickbooks was easy and painless, but now that I have logged in the next day, I see that only about 10% of the customers in our Quickbooks are showing up on the existing customers list (all active customers).   Any idea of why the view would be restricted or why all the customers are not showing up?
