    Both of these solutions were EXACTLY what I was looking for! Thank you for your prompt and detailed responses. Regarding the SQL Override for the Total Balance, I will continue to monitor this column to see if any bugs occur and will modify it accordingly. But as of now, it is working as needed!

    Hi Jonathan, I got it resolved. &nbsp;I must have inadvertanly typed in some bad code after the last time I ran the program (about 2 months ago). &nbsp;It let the program run but only for the MNVSoftwareLLCDT account. &nbsp;Very strange. &nbsp;But it is working on all accounts now. Thanks for your help (and the testing from different code).

    Hi Jason, In Method for QBD, the TotalBalance field can be used to display the balance of the customer plus the balance of all sub-customers. This field is already linked to your Contacts table so all you need to do is add it to the grid on your Customers and Contacts List screen.     Yeah! Found the transaction field in Quickbooks / Synchronize. Was on that tab several times, but just missed the right setting. Still curious why some older transactions show up? Is that transactions that have changed in the last xx days?
