    My company has two seperate Method databases that we are in the process of creating (one for the US, and one for Europe).     Hi Matt, This appears to be a bug with multi-tenancy in M:N, as I&rsquo;m able to replicate this behaviour as well. I&rsquo;ve created a ticket for our development team to investigate and will keep you posted with any updates via this thread. Sorry for the inconvenience. Audisho

    Thanks Steve. &nbsp;And no, you do not need to log out. &nbsp;You can use your account as you normally do. &nbsp;I&#39;ll be performing tests behind the scenes. &nbsp; If I need anything else, I&#39;ll let you know!

  • Load Record from another tenant

    I am trying to customize the Estimates app to work across multiple tenant accounts. I updated the filters on the Estimate list screen to show all estimates with a Record ID &gt; 0 and that worked fine. When I click on the row for an estimate from another tenant it take me to the estimate screen but does not load the record.&nbsp;

    Steve, Are you able to enable the MethodSupport user within your Template acocunt? &nbsp;This will allow me to log into your account using our support user to&nbsp;validate whether I can replicate this problem. To enable the MethodSupport user&nbsp;- &nbsp;From Method:Classic go to the Customize tab -&gt; Users screen. &nbsp;Under the Users, ...

    Ahhh... So what you are saying is that I should open the report&nbsp;in Report Designer, make the additions I need, save with another name, then pull it in Method to test? &nbsp;I will try that in the AM and let you know. &nbsp;Thanks!

    Hi egrace, This may have to do with the number of customers and contacts that you have. Report Designer will only pull in the first 100 records of a table to generate the &ldquo;preview&rdquo;. Anything beyond this count will not be displayed in Report Designer, but will be displayed fine when you generate the report in Method. If you&rsquo;re ...

    Actually it is vice-versa. &nbsp;I can see the report in Method&nbsp;under the Custom option. &nbsp;What I want is to be able to get it with the Method Report Designer so that I can customize it further. &nbsp;Logically that should not be a problem but in this case the report is different when I access it through Report Designer.
