Can you look into a bug for me?  It appears that when I click to view the "ContactsPortal_ReceivePayment" screen, it shows up for 2 seconds and then switches to the "ContactsPortal_Home" screen. Can I delete the "contact us" link from the customer sign in portal? The link appears under the login and password fields. On my website the Iframe that I am using is too small for the form to fit. Is there general step by step documentation for setting up a custom form?    

I downloaded the Field Service Center add on and I think I selected a wrong option. It didn't automatically place a field service tab in view by the admin. How do I correct this so that the admin can see all available tabs?

Is there a process to have a web form integrate with method and have the information put into specific fields and create a customer lead?  If so How?  

I have created a customer portal with screens that display customer account information. How do I set up a "pay now" screen? what tables and fields should data be pulled from? is there a template or do I need to create a table from scratch? Do I need to set up the payment gateway first?
