When I enter a new job for an existing customer, and select the job of customer, the billing address and info for the customer selected, does not automatically populate.
How can this info automatically populate instead of retyping in all the existing customer info?

When I create a new invoice in Method the invoice # field does not populate from Quickbooks automatically. Is this something that needs to be customized? I would like the invoice # for all new invoices to populate like they do in Quickbooks with the same series of numbers as if I would get if I would create an invoice on Quickbooks only.

The reason why this error was occuring with the job #'s changing, is the main computer that is used for the real time syncing was off and quickbooks was not running. We set it up so that it is running at all times but the important question is if this main sync computer is turned off for some reason and Method cannot access the job numbers ...

Another thing I noticed is that even when I correct the job numbers that do not correspond to the custom field in Quickbooks they eventually change to other job #'s in Method after the screen reloads a few times all my customers get assigned different job numbers in Method which is a serious issue because this is how we track our customers. I changed the tab name as you mentioned to just customers instead of customers and jobs and the now the it is working!! Thanks!

I am noticing that not all the job numbers assigned in Method are corresponding with the custom field job number in Quickbooks. Any reason why this may be happening?
