  • Contact Portal

    Does the contacts email have to be in quickbooks in order to register and access the portal?&nbsp; I have certain customers in Method CRM that have 4 or 5 contacts, which arent in Quickbooks, so will they be able to access this portal on their own without any additional setup steps on my end?

    Thanks for the quick response.&nbsp; When i go to the screen you mentioned in the report designer the &quot;Format String&quot; box is blank.&nbsp; I clicked on the 3 dots button to the right of the box and selected currency and then clicked &#39;ok&#39;, however after doing that the field still remains blank.&nbsp; Am I missing something here?
